Ouch!
Do you get the European breakdown cover with th eNV200 services?
The chart is rather basic. More stars good etc, but really reveals nothing. LEAFspy will tell you more.
Are you anywhere near Glenrothes, you might want to check out Electron Garage.

A HEVRA approved garage will be able to help next time. Take it you'll be out of the warranty period for the next service?
My 30kWh Leaf is at 80k, all it has needed is front disks and pads, one item of warranty work, which was also on a recall list, the incorrect spacer on the bearings and the traction battery earth recall. With warranty expired, garage visits will largely be around consumables from now on. Think the reduction drive is due an oil change at 200k!
Keyfob takes a 2025 battery but will accomodate a 2032 (higher capacity longer lasting) £5 for 10 in IKEA! 30 second fit.

Cost of service for my Nissan EV200. @ Nissan.
£240-19 which included a new battery in the key fob.
The health check still printed out on the ICE form.
Things like water coolant levels, oil levels, drive belts, timing belt all get the green light!
Underside. Exhaust systems, engine noise/smoke.
Battery info sheet. From your LEAF. Print out in black and white so the chart makes no sense.
A final point.
Car miles at last service was 3780. ( 18000 service)2019
Miles at this service is 5504. ( 36000 service)2020.
The vehicle got a deep clean! Must have been outside because nothing changed inside!
Rip off Britain.
