Is there any indication of when these chargers may be operational please.

The application was approved at the end of April. Highland may have some info on when it is likely to be in service, but, lots of delays due to supply chain issues and there is always a potential set of issues with power connections. Guessing from the lack of construction pin on Plugshare that groundworks have not yet begun...
