Lots of hot air. You say “the impact of emailing all users at the same time” - the problem of overloading arose from large numbers panicking and all trying to log on immediately. I logged on and entered my payment details with ease in two minutes at 8.20 this morning. This is not a requirement. As the email says (how many read to the end?) “Alternatively, if you don´t want to set up a Stripe account, ChargePlace Scotland offers a variety of other payment options such as Webpay or direct Contactless payments where enabled”
